Moving to Scottish Power, problems
This is my first switch, I know!
In March chose to go to SP with their OES 13.
All was well, but BG still asking for gas reading and not sending final bill set alarm bells off.
Thursday sorted that SP had taken neighbours gas meter point ref as mine.
So I had to sign up again with SP now on OES 14 which seems to be escaping their price hike.
Is this a good deal or should I try to exercise my right to cancel? ( presume I can with in 7 days?)
The complication of course is that they have had the electric since 20th April. and taken 1 DD.
