How to get a Decent shower from a combi.

Does anyone know if there are any ways of getting a really powerfull shower from a combi boiler. We have a combi with a high water flow rate yet are still unable to obtain a high enough flow for a really decent shower. Can a pump be fitted in any way, or are there any other options?

Is your shower valve working correctly?

Turn up the water temp control on the combi. The hotter the water delivered to the shower valve the more cold will be needed to mix it down to temp.

You can't fit any sort of pump with a combi boiler.

You say your combi has a really high flow rate, but is your cold water mains flow rate even up to the rate the combi specifies?

Is the shower newly fitted, or been around a while? Are there any isolation valves between the boiler and the shower that may be turned down, or have clogged up?

My shower runs off a combi boiler, can't turn the head to the narrow setting because it's far too powerful!

First principals - see G4Y's post. Can you define "good enough flow" - 'cos that really subjective atm.
Can a pump be fitted in any way,
No because you are not permitted by water regs to pump water at mains pressure.
