Automatic Payment Method.

I am taking advantage of the free listing weekend to list some items. I have sold on ebay before, but not for a few years. I just listed my first item, but it said had not set up an automatic payment method. I assumed that this was for how i wanted the seller to pay me and not how I wanted my money for sales from ebay. I chose paypal and see it has charged me 0.03p, I know this is not much, but have I done something wrong? I got the message about the automatic payment last time I tried to list an item, but couldn't remember my paypal password, so left it. I also have a few pennies paypal took before to verify my account, but don't know how to get that back. Does this also mean my listings will be delayed? Thanks for all help offered.

After listing my item and making this post my laptop developed the second virus of the weekend and it appears my item did not list. I still don't know what I was charged 3p for tho. Sorry to bump this up, but can anyone answer my original query please as I hope I did things right. Thanks.

Is how you will pay your listing fees to eBay.

Is the item you tried to list in your My eBay - Selling - Active selling list? If it is then you have listed it, but it can take a while to show up.
