  • you get 250 super drug points with £5 on dove with t he 49p hand wash and the £1 off deodorant I had £20 points in a week. So got most of the stuff I bought free.

I tried the Dove offer - picked up 4 handwashes 49p each and 2 deo £1.50 each and the SA said would get the 250 points but I didn't :( afterwards they said it must be because the handwashes were 'clearance' so aren't included in the points offer

I dont suppose anyone has found any reduced mens deodorants...

My stash of tescos H&B has just run out... Not been used to paying for stuff like this for a long time...those were the good ol days....

Went today and only got the 10p kids toothpaste, to those that bought the herbal essences/head and shoulders-does the SEL say clearance or is it full priced normal SEL?
    TIA
  • you don't need to pay for oilatum if your little one suffers from eczema. My son does too and we get it free on prescription. (and the oilatum cream too)

Thanks! Why on earth didn't I think of that? We get the emollient cream & steroid cream on prescription, I'll bear it in mind for when I run out, thanks again!

Very similar happened to me - wanted to ask if ok to purchase reduced items for Dove 250 points but as SA got in muddle with other money off Dove vouchers and 150 email bonus points for Head and Shoulders which she didn't know what to do with and eventually handed voucher back to me, I just forgot because it was all a bit chaotic. Examined receipt and went straight back and bought another 49p Dove handwash and then cheekily emailed Beautycard CS to see if they would combine order.......but, as expected, the computer says, "No". :rotfl:

Well, this to be exact: "I checked your Beautycard account and I can confirm that the 150 bonus points for Head and Shoulders did go on. In regards to the Dove bonus points, I am sorry but I won't be able to add them as the total must come to £5 in the one transaction. The vouchers are quite new and if you do have any problems with them in future please give us a call on 08445 46747 or e-mail us back."

So definitely ok to buy sale items for the Dove 250 points! :)

I didn't think they could add points after?
In mine they forgot because I did the feedback thing and till wouldnt take discount so the SA was running backwards and forwards had to cancel transaction and to again
When I told her after she forgot to put the points on 2nd time was told it's too late

I went today, I found a few bits that might not have been mentioned. Phillips electric toothbrush heads were reduced to £1.99, fair few packs left, shame they weren't Oral B ones. Eylure individual false eyelashes £1.99 down from about £5 I think.

Couldn't see any cheap Head and Shoulders anywhere, or Bastie dry shampoo or tooth whitener, I'm a bit sad I missed out on those.

I ended up with the false eye lashes - £1.99, x3 interdental brushes - 49p each, x5 kids toothpaste - 10p each, x3 expanding dental floss 49p each, x1 beverly hills toothpaste (cause call me uber tight but it wasn't cheap enough to buy loads, 79p), x2 moisture rich creme oil body wash - 19p, x1 spa exfoliating body wash - 19p, x1 spa purifying sea soak crystals 49p. I also got some wax strips for 99p and some Simple soap for 50p, but I think they were that price anyway, x2 Dove deodorants (50p each with vouchers).

I also go a John Fredia orginal forumla hair serum for £2.19 with a Boots voucher I wombled on my way home from Superdrug, so a really good day for bargains for me :)

Thanks everyone for keeping this thread updated, it makes my day :T
