Jessops - how do I get a better discount

I'm looking to buy the following from Jessops and wondered if anyone had some tips to get a good deal.

Nikon D3100 - £440 (£40 Canon Cashback)
Tamron Lens - £120 (discounted by £60) when bought with the camera.

Also want to get
8GB Memory Card
Camera bag
Screen protectors
LCD Flash
Tripod
Insurance

General - Go to another shop (Jacobs, London Camera exchange etc) and get a quote. Now back to Jessops and say "beat that" and so on.

When in the shops ask what they will "throw in" as part of the deal.

MSE Camera Bag - I was looking for a new camera bag as the old one is getting scruffy. Camera shop prices are extortionate, start at £30. By coincidence I wanted a handlebar bag for my bike, went down the local cycle shop and got a waterproof bag for £15 Removable strap, four zipped compartments and holds my Nikon DSLR + 2nd lens + filters.

The Bike clip can easily be removed.
