I have ordered for store collection and my email receipt definitely has both items on it.

Yep - just done a check and you need to put it in basket.

I paid by paypal, do you think I should just place another order - or act dumb when I collect it?

Thanks! Just ordered one with a pot of pod white. Love our pod and this is great for the spare parts (dip stick and roller).

When i checked i`d not put the paint pod in my basket, so i emailed them last night, explained etc and had an email back to say they`ve cancelled that order and re ordered with the paint pod.I`ve got a new order number now, :j phew !!

Thanks Nuttywoman - I did place another order. I was just going to refuse to collect it, and get my refund that way. I've now phoned them up to cancel, and my refund has been processed.

i also emailed last night..just got a email saying they will refund me but i have to reorder if i want the pod :-(
