I totally appreciate how frustrating it must be to the applicant.

I've mentioned the whole process needs revising on many occasions as the experience to the customer/applicant is NOT a very good one.

I don't believe any customer should be told anything until the decision is final its gives them false hope and shatters peoples confidence.

AVU rants were all the rage on here last year but they've gone a bit quiet lately.
