Setting up a business (made easier)

My husband recently set up a business and needed lots of help and information. You guessed! I got the job of helping him! I came across a wonderful website which has really helped him get started (and helped me from forever searching the net for "boring business stuff") The site is https://www.24-7info.co.uk and the tip I've got for you all is "don't pay the full subscription price"!! After a few emails back and forwards to their support team I managed to obtain a "Introductory Code" for new subscribers! (I think I must have ground them down and they wanted to get rid of my flow of questions and answers!) Anyway the CODE is "SK0110" (10%) BUT by changing the last two digits I managed to get 50% - that saved me £12! All you need do is visit the site at https://www.24-7info.co.uk, register and enter the code SK0110 replacing the 10 for say 25 (25%) or 50 (50%) and hey presto you should save yourself (or in my case my hubby) a fortune. Keep up the tips - the savings are working wonders on my tan!

Question is..... Why did it take "a few emails back and forwards to their support team" to obtain an introductory code? If these codes exist, I can't see why you weren't offered it to begin with, as a new subscriber.

Sorry I didn't make it clear.. I was wanting more information about the content of their site and kept firing off mails to them... each time they anwered my questions and in the end they offered me the introductory code AND they promised me e refund if I couldn't find what I was looking for! I couldn't resist!0

I've found this site to be incredibly helpful and what's more, it's free!http://www.bizhelp24.com/
Also, if there is a local Business Enterprise Agency near you, they are well worth a visit - you get as many consultations with them as you need in the first year, no cost, and all their consultants own/have owned their own businesses. They've been invaluable whilst setting up my business.0 -
I have a step by step guide to setting up a limited company for £31.26 (including stamp!) - obviously more legwork but it does give an insight into the sort of stuff you'll need to be able to deal with?
If anyone wants a copy they can pm me...
