Hermes Delivery company HELP?!?!

Hi all! I didn't know where else to post this so thought this was the nearest match! Apologies if I have placed it in the wrong forum.
I just wondered if anyone here have ever had any problem with Hermes delivery company. I recently ordered some things from Topman, and then got the advantage of being able to track the progress of my parcel. This I have been doing until today I go on to see the progress of my parcel, and on the screen in front of the following comes up.

I contacted Hermes, and they say it's nothing to do with them, even though the parcel is in their possession. I try contacting Topman but unfortunately they haven't got back to me. All I was wondering was if anyone thinks they're going to try and redeliver it, or is that it until Topman contact them! Such terrible service! :mad:

Sounds like the address may be wrong?
I'm not surprised the courier did not want to discuss with you, as their client is the shop, not the client.
And if you just emailed Topman today you may just have to wait until they get back to you (or phone as soon as possible).0 -

The wrong address must be Topmans fault as I remember double checking!! Hope something happens tomorrow!

it could also be a driver who had a one delivery at your side of town and everything else miles away. Address query = no need to go out of my way.0

That could be true, live in a village in North Wales!! I'll see how it goes! Not sure if they deliver on Saturdays or not?!0 -
Most deliver Saturdays RWD.
I had a parcel today with an address 60 miles away, no contact details so that had to go back as an address query, my route number but out of my delivery area.
If it comes back tomorrow with a corrected address it will be delivered, it's not your area BTW.0 -
Contact the courier and leave a number for them so that the courier can call you when he is in the area.
It may be usefull to contact topman to see where the order is, and then state that you want to add a number onto the parcel.0
