Is there an e-mail address at Scottish Power - I just want to say to them: please quote me for moving to a Premier Plus package (from Standard on-line) which (I see from someone else's post on this forum) is much cheaper than mine even after the price increases.
I don't want to be made to wait on an 0845 number forever to ask this question, and the call-back request isn't working (they don't call back when the recorded voice says they will).

Don't expect a speedy reply, I used this address last weekend and got my reply on the Friday.
I don't understand why it took them so long, they must be busy or something
