in Credit cards
I wonder if any of you can offer any advice.
I, for reasons to lengthy to explain, am struggling to pay my credit card bills at the present time, and are a little behind (about one month). I am constantly bombarded with phone call to bring the cards up to date, but things are so tight I am unable to do so at present. However....
I currently own a second property which is on the market at present, and when sold will realise around £40,000. This will obviously sort the situation, but it is a question of when. I do not wish to ask the bank for help, as I have an overdraft limit already.
What I would like to know is if there is anything I can do to stall them, ie, can they take further action against me if I continue to make payments, even though they may have to be under the minimum?
Any help would be appreciated.

the obvious solution is to ask your bank for a larger overdraft explaining the situation...that way you dont trash your credit record which you either have or will very shortly.
why dont you want to ask the bank ?0
