Superb service from Dyson

We bought a DC25 Animal over 2 years ago and haven't had a problem until today. I phoned them and they answered the call straight away so no holding on for 10 minutes until someone answers the call. The lady I spoke to was very cheery and I could understand every word she says which is a rare thing for a call centre.

The lady spoke me through a couple of things to try which seemed to solve the problem I had. She told me that she would send a new cyclone head out to us anyway which should be with us by Wednesday. I've just looked on the website and the Cyclone head is £34 to buy but she's sending it us for nothing.

Thanks very much Dyson, it's not often I get to speak to a company so helpful.
