Praise - Asda home delivery

I know there is a lot of criticism of Asda food delivery on here, and I don't doubt for a second that it's due, but I thought I'd share my experience.
I ordered the shopping for Tuesday evening as I thought my husband would be in to help carry it up the stairs (We live in a flat on the first floor and I am 6 months pregnant so my carrying abilities are limited).
As it happened, hubby wasn't home when the order arrived. The man delivering took one look at me and said 'want a hand into the kitchen with it?' which I accepted. He waited patiently while I checked back the goods.
Now it wasn't the world's hugest order (very few heavy items bar 3 lots of milk, five or six tins of fruit and some tinned beans) but I was very pleased with the service he gave, as I would have had to make two or three journeys up and down the stairs had he not helped.
(And I checked my billing, charged correctly, substitutions totally appropriate with some better items charged at the lower price)
The branch in question was Biggleswade - gold star to you on this occasion!
