My DRO finished a little while ago and on the DRO was Abbey National, now I am trying to become financially stable I want to open a Cash ISA and Santander are offering the best rates.
Can I go to them? Will they try and snatch my future savings. Sorry if this is obvious.

If it wasn't for the mistakes I made in the past (and learned from), I wouldn't be who and where I am today. It doesn't matter if you've cocked up, what matters is that you put it right and apologise. x

So long as your DRO moratorium period has ended, which will be one year from the approval date unless the OR has applied for an extension (very rare, and good reason required) then you can save with whoever you like, no one can lay claim to any of your monies.
