Ring Valuation

Not sure if this is the correct place for the following so apologys if it is in wrong place.

About ten years ago my then girlfriend gave me a ring in a Little Switzerland box. Its quite chunky and hallmarked and has a large blue and black stone in the middle. About 4 days later I found out she was cheating on me and dumped her.

During a recent house move , I have just found the ring and box. I must have chucked it in a draw shortly after the affair became known.

My present girlfriend thinks it may actually be wortha few pounds.

Does anyone on here know where I could sell this without going to one of these cash 4 gold places where I will probably get told its plastic and worthless

I have never hear of "Little Switzerland" and I believed she had bought it whilst holidaying with her sister in Grenada when in fact she was with her lover and was probably some diversory tactic. It was lack of a tan on her sister that got me thinking.
