I bought 3 vouchers for hour long massages at MILL HILL ACUPUNTURE & CHINESE MEDICINE only to find the place doesnt exist! ive tried calling to book an appointment on several occasions and it is constantly going through to some guy called Michael's voicemail. so I sent an email to kgb customer services as their was no telephone number to call them on and haves since not had any reply!. that was a week ago

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM KGB DEALS AS I KNOW MANY OTHERS WHO HAVE HAD SIMILAR EXPERIENCES WITH THIS COMPANY.

  • Sorry to hear about your troubles. It's strange to hear as i've had nothing bad good service from them. Bought a few deals so far (allbeit nothing that expensive), and referral bonuses have been paid fine and dandy too.

Only issue I've had was having to send an email because my referral KGBKash disappeared earlier than the usual 60 day expiry, but they replied within just a couple of hours and reinstated with no problems apologising for the inconvience.

How long has it been since you emailed?
  • Its been over a week, and have still not had a reply.. which email did you send your message to?

  • I have been using KGB for a good while now - Usually everything goes through fine & I have enjoyed some fab deals and offers / treats on there!!

I can't say there have been NO problems but they always sort it out and to call it a SCAM SITE just because your issue hasn't been resolved yet it a tad unfair and slight over reaction as there are thousands of happy customers and they DO resolve all issues but you have to make sure you have the correct e-mail address as one of them is not working

I suggest you try writing on their Facebook page without calling them scammers first! lol

    it's spelt d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y
there - 'in or at that place'
    their - 'owned by them'
    they're - 'they are'
it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)
  • I have had some good deals from KGB but just a word of warning about hair cut/highlight deals if you are going to a new salon for the first time. I recently bought a voucher for £19 for a cut, half head of highlights, head massage and 'treatment'. What I got was the junior who did a good cut but the 'foil' highlights were really patchy, there was no treatment and I had to pay an extra £10 on top for 'colour stripping' despite my hair not being previously coloured. I was so mortified I couldn't wait to get out and get home. So, in short do be a bit careful if you are fussy about who works on your crowning glory. Sad to say I will now have to spend £50 to get the colour corrected professionally, so not the bargain I had hoped for! So, just a word of caution - you won't necessarily be getting the top stylist. A better bet would be to go to a trainee evening where they are at least supervised.
  • Ok so bought a deal with KGB....didn't think the deal was exactly as described....read through the deal again and the terms and conditions and the deal definitely was not as described. The only way to contact KGB is to fill out their 'contact us' form, in which you need to give the date the deal was purchased. I puchased the deal the 28th Jan 2012.....told this was an invalid date...tried 27th jan..invalid...29th jan..invalid...1st feb..invalid...14th jan..invalid...10th dec..invalid....ok so you get the idea!! This went on and on, i chose dates right back to july 2011...all invalid...this is required information and the form can't be submitted without a valid date. Yet no dates are valid! And no other way of contacting KGB. Furious and don't know where to go from here....anybody any ideas???:mad:
