I have a line fault of some sort; when its windy my phone crackles and it kills my f2s MAX broadband. in the last 17 days i have 4mbit for 2 or 3 days and 128kbit for the rest. my isp wanted me to report it to talktalk as a line fault which i did on the 13th. They said they'd get in touch with BT and get back to me, which they havent yet.
What Im wondering is how long might this take? i've got 2 weeks off at xmas and i'll be !!!!ed if im still stuck on 128kbit
