Next directory lost data

NEXT-HAVE-MESSED-UP

Hi All,

Im new here and i just wanted to point out that I'v been having issue's with Next Directory as there claiming im owe them money but i have never signed a credit agreement, or received any goods from them to my home!

I have asked them to provide evidence of this credit agreement, or receipt of goods from me,

They have came back to me stating they dont have any evidence of these requests,

which makes me very worried about all the data they have or dont have for there customers, if you are in any doubt i'd get in touch with Next directory ASAP

your credit account with next may not even be valid or legal !!!

this is a Massive deal and Next know it but are doing nothing about it,

Email the Next CEO here and ask for your files, a copy of your agreement they must provide you with one! this is worse than the bank charge errors,

I am fighting to get this made public!!!
