Help please, managing money whilst travelling in Asia

Hi,
please can someone advise me. I am currently traveling in Australia and was wondering whats the best way of managing my money when I arrive in Asia before I being back in the UK.
I will be visiting Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam and Laos and have an Australian Account, Nationwide and Lloyds Debit card Account. Is there a cash card I can purchase which will cover all 4 countries or am I best just using my Nationwide account and facing the transaction fees. Are is there a better way?
Thank you in advance
