    Hi,
Right! well we went to view the house..loved it. Has exactly what we need downstairs loads of room. On walking in the hallway was big with a real open light airy feel the kitchen diner is huge, there was a utility room which was big, an added extra room downstairs which we could use as an office, nice garden, shower room and toilet. Upstairs were the 4 bedrooms and bathroom. The main bedroom with ensuite not big enough for our bed but 2 other big rooms so a bit of juggling needed but we were looking for bigger space downstairs so not too worried.

Have ummed and ahhed since seeing it and have visually put all our furniture in it but needed a few questions answering before we said yes or not. We have been told all ok so just waiting for one call back and hopefully we are going to take it. Big chunk to put down and the fact it is a week before we go on holiday is stressing me out more tbh!

trying to get another viewing tomorrow so will know more by later today.
    Thanks for the input!

Well i have not long got back from putting the deposit down on the house..should be excited but feel very stressed! The agency (as we found out from last time) is awful, no communication, imo for a £1k a month house they should be a little better but hey all done. Have had to put a higher deposit down due to us not being able to move in soon but thats understandable. have another viewing tommorow so can fine tune bits! Keeping this as a kind of diary i guess for the upcoming fun..must be mad we only moved 4 months ago..sigh!
