Some advice regarding a house

Due to poor information from MB, (family member). Was told at start we would get the 75k we wanted and a little more, turns out we can only get 63k, based on 23k pa wage, no other debt. We have to look at lower priced houses for sale. we have found this http://www.gspc.co.uk/property/172077/ what do people think of a bedroom of the living room. We want to be able to sell if we decide to move, seems to be quite a few houses for sale. We are currently in a private let with the same layout. Any advice would be appreciated.

If the price reflects the odd layout then it means you get more space for your money. Not ideal, how much would it bother you?I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. We are in a private let with same layout along the road from it. Does'nt affect us much it is handy at the moment too, as we have an 8month old and we put hi, in there and we can listen out for him. But it may cause some bother if we come to sell up. we do plan to have more children, so may need a bigger house at one point.
