Central Heating Quote - Is this ok?

Hi - I have a 4 bedroomed cottage that we are renovating with no central heating at all. 12 radiators.
I have been quoted £10,600 to install an oil/wood/solar system in my cottage - do u think this is reasonable?
They are installing a Rayburn which I am supplying and connecting up my own oil tank. I am also supplying radiators.
They are supplying woodburner Stovax Stockton 14 and flue (£2300). This is a large woodburner
Thermal Store and Solar panel kit. They are also running hot water pipes from thermal store to the kitchen and bathrooms.
Comments would be appreciated so I dont get overcharges or can go ahead knowing that the cost is ok.
We live in perhtshire, scotland.
cheers

Without seeing your property and the proposed installation, nobody can even guess if this is reasonable or not.0

Very hard to say if that is fair or not, your best bet would be to get somebody else in to quote for the same work and kit and see what they come up with.

Seems steep to me tbh. I had an old system ripped out including all the radiators, pipework and oil tank then a new gas central heating system (boiler plus 11 radiators) including pipework from the supply all the way through the house for £3800. i didnt supply a single thing.Politicians and diapers have one thing in common. They should both be changed regularly, and for the same reason.0

You can't even begin to compare the OP's proposed job with a straight forward gas CH system install.0

Thanks for the Replies guys. I agree that you cant really compare the quote to a gas install as it is not really the same. I have got the quote breakdown as £4500 for all labour and £6100 for the Thermal Store/Large woodburner boiler/Water Tank and Solar Panel and all other bits. I am supplying the Rayburn and radiators. Just a rough idea on this would be appreciated as I am not looking for exact amounts!0

As has been pointed out, it's impossible for anyone to say without seeing the place.
Always get three quotes for any job of that size. You don't have to accept the lowest if you don't want to, but at least you'll have an idea how fair they all are.0
