mis sold
Hi i have been reding some information regarding iva companies being investigated for misselling of ivas. My question is i feel we were missold as we were only given the option of an iva and nothing else even though we were living ok. also i was not made aware of all the fees we have encountered and to top it off i had an operation 4 months ago and my iva company said dont worry and gave me a 3 month payment break, then last week i have loads of phone calls and letters asking me to sign as they had to call a variation meeting with creditors now which they woukld be taking 500 plus vat to arrange!!!! if i had known this i would have asked for family help. Who would i vent this complaint too? Also fos have had a lot of complaints about these companies who take fees so be very careful anyone looking for debt advice make sure you get free advice!!
