hey all
2 months ago i receieved what i thought was poor service on a virgin atlantic flight
anyway..i got hold of someone and they promised to round mine and my partners airmiles to 30k as a good will
well they didnt , ive emailed again and been ignored , they phone system says theyre closed when they should be open
is there another email where i might get a repsonse

Their CS email response times are dire, can be up to 30 days which I think is their SLA.
May be worth posting a complaint recorded delivery to the Crawley office0 -
You could also try posting to them on their twitter or facebook sites - I've noticed that the social media teams can sometimes seem to get problems moving and resolved if you shout loud enough
