'Compatible' chargers can cause all sorts of problems, from death to horrible sound through headphones to not charging properly/computer running at a snails pace. Not heard of trackpad issues but would not be suprised.
The internal quality of some I have seen is terrible, quality control must be non existant, earthing and safety are an issue with some.[greenhighlight]but it matters when the most senior politician in the land is happy to use language and examples that are simply not true.
