I generally find that ebay car prices are more expensive than a similar you will find in autotrader or gumtree - Why should i pay over the odds just because it is on ebay.
    I owe £3233 @ 0%

I have never had any issues selling cheap cars that were less than perfect.

However when I have tried to sell low mileage minters i have never sold one and been met with nothing but chancers and tyrekickers.

Only 4.5 hrs on our listing. We've had no offers but plenty of views. Looks like it won't sell. Will be putting it in Autotrader tonight. :)

Guy across street put his old car on e.bay, idiot who won the auction turns up, wants to test drive before buying, says he has third party insurance, takes the car out, they get pulled by a volvo t5 he gets his insurance out, the cops get on the phone and it only covers if the car has insurance held upon it that he is driving.
He calls his mate who brought him who pulls up and waltzes away with the buyer and cash leaving him stuck with the police, who did not see him leave.
The car got impounded and it cost £380 to get it out. 1 month insurance and £240 fees.
The buyer is now ignoring the seller
The car was only worth £1200.
The police say they are not interested, he complains and they say they may now charge the seller with allowing a vehicle to be used without insurance.
    what an utter mess !

the guy across the street should know that the car needs to be insured, for somebody else to drive it on their third party only cover.

Some do cover you , some dont cover you, depends on your insurance.
I would insist, pay now, drive later or dont use an auction site to buy things.
