I wondered about that too, but if you hover over the pic in the article arrows appear at the sides & you can access the rest of the top ten :)

We're at post #14 and no one's mentioned the content of the article yet. Just goes to show what bad website design does for your message!

Not only was it badly designed, when you did get to each item there was very little there - just a summary of the complaint.

If they had expanded it a little and presented it as an article rather than that in that daft 'slideshow' format it would have been quite interesting.

OTOH, what can I expect for nothing? My money back? :rotfl:

I like how the article stopped numbering the items part way through and went to:

    People don't like this....

    *next picture*

    Or this....

Surely it'd be better web design to just have a list rather than clicking through pictures like that? Less database load, too, surely?

My addition, when garages use your screen wash to test the wash wipe and then charge you for the privilege to fill it back up, hang on you used it, you pay for it. Two approaches to this:
1: Leave your screen wash empty, they charge the same to fill a little or a lot (generally),
that leaves you exposed to their less than bargain screen wash price, so,
    2. Fill it up yourself and tell them (make sure it's written down on the sheet when you hand the key over) that you don't want any at all.
