Making a few claims

Hi folks, i'm new so i thought i'd just let you know what claims i'm making and that stages i'm at with them to see if anyone had any advice for me.
Claim 1: Barclays Bank £3088 inc interest.
Sent letter 1 asking for statements without including the cheque for £10 but received the statements within the week. I sent letter 3 asking for a full refund of my charges plus interest on 12/12/06 but haven't heard anything yet.
Claim 2: Lloyds TSB £1493 inc interest.
Sent letter 1 asking for statements without including the cheque for £10 but realised i could get them from their website Did this today and will send letter 3 asking for a full refund of my charges plus interest tomorrow.
Claim 3: Barclayloan (unknown amount).
Sent letter 1 but still waiting for statements.
Claim 4: Barclaycard (unknown amount).
Sent letter 1 but still waiting for statements.
Claim 5: Capital One Card (unknown amount).
Sent letter 1 but still waiting for statements.
May have a claim for an old account with HSBC but i'll need to find the account details.
