Hi all,
i finally got my iva proposal through which is sort of good news i guess. my main concern is that after fees ect, the proposal seems to be for only 14p in the pound, which to me seems very low and unlikely to be accepted? any thoughts are appreciated,
dan

I have seen smaller dividends than this accepted recently. Chances are the creditors will modify the fees, which will push it up a little.

good to know thanks. i have noticed a couple of very small mistakes in my proposal such as the date i started work, and my first credit card date are wrong. should i mention this to my IVA company and get it changed? not sure how important these details are?
    thanks
