Cant place online order?

I am trying to place a online order and keep getting this


The system can not parse the XML buffer {0}.

I have tried in ie and chrome.

what does this mean and can I do anything?

It may be a temporary error on the website, but it's probably worth trying it in a different browser such as Google Chrome or Firefox.

Have you ordered from this site before?

It sounds like an error as a result of faulty/sloppy web application programming.

I would guess its because the data you are entering does not match what the website is expecting or the web application is having trouble extracting/inserting information from its database. Nothing much you can do on your side apart from checking that all data you have entered into the website is correct.

Yes I have ordered before its the Disney store , so it is a reputable site.

if you disable the Adobe Flash plugin for the Disney website, there is nothing left of it!
