I was bought some anna sui perfume for my birthday, but the spray does not work. I can't find the contact details to complain for anna sui. It was purchased from boots, I have no receipt and have nearly a full bottle left. Your advice would be appreciated.

I would try taking it back to Boots...nothing ventured nothing gained.

It's faulty- take it back to the store it was bought from for an exchange. Tell the truth- it was a gift and you are sure it was bought there.

Or, you could ring Boots customer care line. They were very helpful to me over a fuji disposable camera I had which had a problem. 0800 915 0004.
