I sent the first letter along with my £1 cheque on the 25th May and today I received my credit card agreement instead of the loan
, So I'll have to send them another letter. Should I enclose another £1 cheque? Thanks

Hi there
So you asked for a copy of the loan agreement and they sent you the one for the credit card instead?
Did you enclose the credit card account number by mistake when requesting for the other perhaps?
But otherwise contact them again in writing, and i think it will be a case of enclosing a further £1 cheque or postal order for your loan agreement.
However, if you know for definate that you were sold and mis sold ppi, as long as you have the account number you can still continue to make a reclaim.

Hope this helps, good luck. The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

Thanks for your answer. No I didn't enclose my CC account number. I just asked for my loan agreement as I didn't know the account number of the loan.0 -

Hi
Specifically request for the copy of the loan agreement, give them as many as your details as possible. The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
I know the approx year but I don't know the account number. On my bank statements it just shows the DD going out each month. I finally finished paying it off in Nov 2009. Will I still be able to request a copy if I haven't got the account number? Thanks for your reply0

Just a suggestion, and wonder if you request for a credit report from either Equifax or Experian will disclose this info, for a credit report it costs £2 some offer it free for 30 days, so google the credit report companies in see what they offer, normally they hold details of the last 6 years, so I think it may be of some help to you.;)
Here's one here.

If you go for this remember to cancel by the time 30 days arrrive or go for the one where you pay £2.The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
I'd phone them, i asked for my T&C's for my card, sent in the cheque and got a letter back saying 'thanks we've paid that off your balance'. All i did was phone up their customer services and explain the cheque was for the T&C's i'd requested. He mailed the relevant dept asking them to send them out, then confirmed by secure mail on the Egg Your Money site, they were sent out a day or 2 later. Just phone them and ask.0
