Best bank account for a 16 year old

Options
My 16 year old has been offered a part time job and needs a bank account for his earnings to be paid into. He's going to remain in full time education. Can anyone recommend a bank that would offer him an account and a cash card. Do banks still offer freebies to full time students opening an account?

Or are they all just as good (or bad) as each other?

TIA

My children use the LLoyds under 19's account - they get interest (2% I think) and a Visa debit card, which can be used on the internet and in shops, as well as for cash. It works very well foor us.

The freebies for students are for those going to university.

Any high street bank will h ave some sort of account they can open, just go with the most convinient.
