Did you submit monthly meter readings? Statements based on those readings? You didn't download and save the monthly statements?0 -
Good point, the statements are emailed in PDF form, are you saying ovo managed to hack into your email account and delete all the emails containing the statements?Missing Tesco R&R since Feb '07 :A & now a "Tesco veteran" apparently!
