    Ah it's not your fault. They probably got very busy ;) lol. Nevermind. Surprised they don't attempt any contact to offer an alternative though, just an email to say refunded. Never mind, it's proper MSE and stops us spending!! :rotfl:

    Don't know if its any good but some fitflops in their sale HERE albeit the mukluk shorts are £79.99 not 69 but they do have free delivery and returns

    Just come in from work and my boots are here. Didn't really expect them are people having cancellation emails. I'd never have bought them at full price so this is just fab. Thank you so much to op. Now I can live in fitflops all year round now instead of just summer. Don't know if it made any difference what you ordered or how you paid. I bought a black pair of the short ones in size 5 and paid by paypal.

    If anyone didn't manage to get these Boots has some good offers on Fitflop boots.
    Mukluk short boots are £81 in amethyst or grey.
