Thats really strange as "frothie" ordered a pair and i have a pair here in my hands!!

I have just had en email cancelling my order and a refund for my fitflop leather tall boots:(

they have given a 10% code as an appolgy.

Really wanted the boots though

I have been buying off them for the last five years - on line and in their shops, i have had no problems whatsoever and always found that they give fast delivery and excellent customer service, if they don't have it instock in the store your in they will always get it for you form another shop that has it in stock, or from their warehouse.

thanks bensonsmum. I'm just in the process of ordering the boots. Fingers crossed they have them in stock. I can never afford these boots full price. I'm expecting my first baby later on in the year so a good pair of winter boots when I'm out pushing the pram would be ideal!

I bought from them a few days ago - fitflops in the sale for £20. Money was taken from my account, then next day they emailed to say they were out of stock and couldn't get any more. So why the heck did they take my money?
More to the point though, the same fitflops are still listed as being in stock on the website two days later!!

I received a refund email for my fitflop superboots. No refund as of yet in my account but I'm sure it'll come through today.

Really sorry you have all been messed around, they have been really good in the past and I have never had any problems with them before, pleased to say i have got my boots... but really sorry for others who haven't
