extreme couponing & stockpiling

Hi I have been reading up on americans and their extreme couponing/stockpiling, is it possible in this country do you think, I am thinking of stockpiling, I get a lot of freebies via this site which usually come with a coupon, I have started a coupon folder , also I look at the coupon section, does any one know any sites with lots of coupons available, also I would be interested in hearing about anybodys stock piles, and if it does really save lots of money over the year.:o
