Did you switch current Accounts to Santander around the end of March?

Hi Folks, this is my first post here.

My wife and I opened a joint current account with Satander around the end of march as part of their 'Hassle free' (yeah right) account switching process and have run into several issues, and have had a right nightmare with them.

Unforunately we've mislaid the correspondance they sent us initially regarding the account switching process saying what's involved, why it's hassle free etc, we think they've recently changed the wording on their website.

Anyway, did anyone else switch around the same time as us and still have the letters? Any chance you could PM me, maybe scan it and send it over? Obviously wipe out any personal details, we just need the wording of the terms and conditions of the switching process.

Any help or info would be greatly appreciated!
