I just had a statement from my Citi Platinum card, the balance was...
2p.
Now come one, surely they would do a small balance write off for this, my Tesco card use to for anyhting less than £1 (I think), so I called them and ask for them to write it off as it would cost them more to process the payment. I then thought to myself it just cost me more to phone them to get them to write it off, lesson learned!

LOL-Yeah I know that now, but you would think a organisation would have the brains to think, oh hang on, that will cost us more to process, why not just write off £1 or ynder balances!
Also for info, I did call the overseas call centre up and got a settlement figure (to cover the interest calculated since last statement date) and they still get it wrong.0
