Who to write to at Sky?

Does anyone know who is high upish that I can write to?
Basically I closed my sky account in April 2009 as moved to France, informed them that my housemates would start a new contract as Sky wouldn't let them change the names over, Sky agreed this was ok and wouldn't charge me. Apparently they didn't cancel a charge that appeared and 2 years later (exactly 2 years later) I have received a letter from Past Due Credit Solutions requesting £34.56.
I know I don't owe this but I don't have the email correspondance from Sky anymore. So was going to write to sky to ask how this has happened.

The name you are looking for is Rupert Murdoch.
He seems to be highupish.0 -
His son is in charge http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/James_Murdoch_%28media_executive%290

Well, aren't you a helpful bunch. I think its pretty unlikely I'll be writing to any of the Murdochs... I simply meant something like a high up customer relations email or address rather than the standard sky one. In no way am I assuming my email will be of great inportance to them, its just I have to try at leastMoney money money.

give them a call and ask for cancellations and speak to them and explain the situationhelpful tips
it's spelt d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y
there - 'in or at that place'
their - 'owned by them'
they're - 'they are'
it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)0 -
I also cancelled Sky at my mother's before I went to Kenya. Upon returning they hadn't cancelled.
It is very hard to cancel or downgrade as they make it as difficult as possible. Their customer services department employs morons so this could be the problem.0 -

That is the CEO email but attempt to contact sky first in regards to this via cancellations/customer services.
To be honest tho did you cancel your direct debit near the end ? if so this may be your last bill for such a weird ammount id think it would be a part charge last bill which remained on the account due to direct debit cancellation.
The biggest issue i get with people calling back is cancellations not explaining bills correctly or future bills so if you have any outstanding charges due to 31 day notice for example you do pay a month in advance but you may be half way through that month and still have like 14 days of unpaid bill until 31 notice is seen through.0
