Hi,
My Father, 88 years old, was obliged to pay £250.00 for taking his house off the market over a week ago, one of the reasons was because the manager of Bairstowe Eves, the Clacton-On-Sea agence was inefficient and arrogant.
Today I have seen that my Fathers house is still advertised for sale in this same agence, is there any way my Father can benefit from compensation?
Thankyou for any information you can give me.

He could send them a bill for the use of his house in their window/publicity/website etc.
I'd reckon a bill of £250 would be suitable.
Dear Mr Estate Agent
As you are still using my property, 81 Acaia Avenue, in your marketing both online and in your window of your shop, I am hereby charging you a fee of £250 per day for continued use of the property in this way.
Yours sincerely
