Missing Computer

I have a dilemma regarding Mesh Computers.I ordered an upgrade to my computer on the 18th May and they eventually sent me a returns number (RMA) the computer was picked up on the 31st May and delivered on the 2nd June,of course unbeknown to me they had gone bust.I contacted the administrator and they advised me to claim the money back from my credit card company which I have done.The problem now is my computer,the administrator gave me an e-mail address to contact pcperipherals (who have bought Mesh) and arrange the return of my computer which I did but it seems to have entered "the black hole" no acknowledgement nothing!I rely on my computer as both my wife are pensioners and use it for weekly shopping,banking and communication, we live in rural NE Scotland.The guy who now runs the show is called Reza Jafari and despite several attempts to contact him- nothing Can anybody HELP!:(

Try writing to PC Peripherals. Here is their address which I found on their Domain Registration:

They also have a 'phone number on their website: 01902 566842

Thanks for the reply but their phone line is dead although I have since heard from the administrator that all computers at Mesh have been moved to a new address which will be available in 48hrs(I live in hope)

Not surprised the number doesn't work - 01902 is Wolverhampton and 170 miles away from Beckenham/Kent

Yes that does'nt surprise me the address is a private house in Beckenham????:(
