I'm soooo annoyed. I like many other's on this site ordered some of the reduced Paperjamz items. I'm still waiting, after being told several times of delays, IT problems etc and my goods would be sent out soon.
There's been loads of negative feedback on their facebook page which they have removed. So after no replies to my messages through the IWOOT website I left a message on the FB page. I thought I was polite and non offensive. My post was there 2 minutes max before being removed!! Very bad customer service there lately. It's a shame but it used to be one of my fave websites with cool stuff but I won't shop there anymore now

Smashed through my weightloss target. Looking at 120lbs+ loss. BMI over 40 down to 20.5. Training hard to get body fat under 20%, not far to go now :j

I've tried that several times today both by website and phone. Both times it's the same reason "It's in the warehouse already". Yes it has been for 10 days!! She said they are hoping to have it sent out today or tomorrow. If no joy tomorrow then it's a supervisor I'm shouting at
