LOL Hi,I'm putting up a 6 foot fence in my garden this weekend.I'll be doing it within the bounderies of the fence that is already there so was wondering if anyone could tell me the best type of clips or brackets to use considering that I have no access to the rear of the fence.
These http://www.wickes.co.uk/double-fence-lock-centre/invt/190880/ look quite tempting but I have no idea what to use, these or L brackets etc etc so any advice would be great:o

most common practice is to use slotted concrete posts. the 6ft panels then just slide into place.Get some gorm.0 -
There are good and bad reviews of those clips , do you already have secure posts in place?#6 of the SKI-ers Club :j

U-shaped clips are normally used:

Use screws to hold the panel in the clip, rather than nails."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0 -

As I won't be able to do anything to the back of the fence (yes that's a pain in the rear end!!) would there be anything I could use that would make it more secure? If women are birds and freedom is flight are trapped women Dodos?0
