Copying Firefox Bookmarks to new PC

Any tips on how to do this - I tried "Export" to a flash drivebut that just saved an em

    I'm using google browser synch, it synchs as much or as little of your firefox data as you specify. I found it very useful for my bookmarks and browser preferences.
    There is nothing either good or bad but thinking makes it so.

    That's the way to do it.
    Try exporting the file onto desktop first, then move it to your flash drive.

    I agree with you fatnbald, this is the fav program for me too. It has got me out of problems before when I messed up my bookmarks. Great little freebie :)

    You could use Pike's Bookmark Backup Firefox extension to do backups of Favourites and all the Firefox profile files to a set of seven daily directories.

    Recreating my Favourites after a disk crash took considerably longer than restoring everything else, which had been backed up...
