Has anyone taken there bank to court for compensation of any kind ?
I am considering it but seems daunting and expensive but i feel i have no choice be grateful of any advice please thanks.

What is it you want compensation for? Have you looked at the Financial Ombudsman Service if you think the bank is in the wrong?Best Regards

Compensation for what? Have taken my bank to court for credit card charges over 6 years and interest on full charges but don't consider that as compensation.0
