Does anyone on here have the email addy for Halifaxs Chief Executive, I am fed up of being fobbed off by Halifax and want to go higher

If that gets you nowhere, contact the Financial Ombudsman Service.

Thanks Glider, I already have - its a few pages down - wont let me post links

I am currently within the complaints procedure but while I am with them rather than stopping to investigate what I am saying they have proceeded to issue a default etc on my account, this is despite the fact it is meant to have been frozen while they looked into it 3 weeks ago

I was hoping to speed it along a bit by contacting the CEO that's all as its worked before for me when having an issue with BT etc as I just feel at the moment that I am not being taken seriously
