Santander ruined my business

HELP,
I am am at my wits end im not sleeping,eating properly my business partner is worse than me all thanks to SANTANDER BANK
PLEASE DONT EVER GO TO SANTANDER FOR A BUSINESS ACCOUNT OR USE THERE CARD MERCHANT ELAVON THEY WILL RUIN YOU.
I have an account with my business partner at SANTANDER out of the blue the account was frozen and was for 3 WEEKS 1 DAY in that time we made lots of calls to them and emails we couldnt trade we were watching all our hard work go down the drain.No one rang us no one told us anything the tele people couldnt help i was so bad i nearly crashed my car one day because i couldnt think straight and no one did anything until i had a call from mr Charters saying sorry and it was now back on that was it we had a letter from them saying it was internal error.
We estimated it cost us 20 to 30k plus reputation stress etc they offered us £120 quid thats it wont give us more the card company are holding thousands back because a customer lied to try and get some money back we sent orignal signed contracts to prove it yet they still hold the money in case anyone else complains therefore we cant order anything people have moaned while account was blocked because we couldnt give a date and yet even though this is all there fault and i have a letter stating this no one gives a damn i know now im ruined i cant pull it back they were looking into compensation but now they blame evalon the card merchants even though my account is with santander and a letter stating internal error.How can they do this i cant afford top lawers they know this i have NEVER felt as bad as i do now in my life people have commited suciside for less do they care NO.
PLEASE CAN ANYONE HELP US IN ANY WAY AT ALL. AND PLEASE DONT GO TO SANTANDER THEY WILL SERIOUSLY AFFECT YOUR WEALTH AND HEALTH HOW CAN THEY LIVE WITH THEMSELVES.HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD ANYTHING SIMILAR HAPPEN PLEASE LET ME KNOW

I'm a little confused, you couldn't use your bank account for 3 weeks and that cost you £20k and ruined your business?? If you're running a business that size surely you have cards etc you could have put emergency purchases on? Anyway you could try getting some legal advice, a lot of places will offer a free first consultion, and see what they say. I think you need to be able to provide proof that it actually cost your business that amount of money. Also tends to be a pretty lengthy process.

Good point however i was advised to use business account with the chip pin etc for everything i buy etc so i did plus cheque book but when they freeze your account you cant use anything cheques returned card declined you cant pay anything in or even get a balance its terrible so i used my own cash to pay 2 salesman wages and fuel for a week but it soon goes that figure is gross net about 40 % of that ive only had business 6 months ive had customers cancel orders because it dragged on i couldnt pay for stuff i had ordered thanks anyway
