I've used them quite a few times in the past and they were quick and reliable. However, I ordered an SD card from them in early November for a birthday in December and it still hasn't arrived. After a long wait and emailing them, I got a reply saying it was on its way from their Swiss warehouse (!) - this was on November 30th and it's not here yet. I've emailed to say I want the order cancelling and a refund, but haven't had a reply yet. I obviously wouldn't have ordered if I'd known it wasn't in stock. There's no point having it now - I've missed the birthday and it won't be here in time to send on for Christmas. Pretty cheesed off with them.

I ordered from them for the first time last week. Having done a comparison on find-dvd.co.uk they were the cheapest by far for the item I wanted. It arrived really quickly and I am very pleased. I would certainly use them again

I used them for 2 seperate orders last week, they were the cheapest that I could find on the web for what I wanted.
The goods were on my doorstep within 3 days of ordering.
I would certainly use them again.
