I used them for a dvd a while back and had no problems with them.
I think you can get cashback from Quidco with them, but not seen any vouchers.

And thanks for the pic of the book - I have been looking for a book of slow cooker recipes for a pressie so will have a look on dvd.co.uk:TMFIT No. 810

I have used them quite a few times for dvd's and have never had any problems.
They have always been quick with delivery, although there might be longer delays at this time of the year.0 -
I've used them lots of times. Have received my items fairly quickly and they have great customer service0

Used them a few times and they are very good with speedy shipping, they also use to have an ebay shop but not sure if they are still on ebay0

I've used them a fair bit for music, dvd's and games. No problems so far (so I can't comment on their after sales) but they've been good so far.

Yep I have also used them in the past and have found they are normally very good for books and the odd DVD. Delivery is usually pretty quick so definately recommended0

I know this doesn't directly address your question, but . .
I've been buying a bundle of DVD's for pressies in the last few days and I never found DVD.co.uk cheaper in any one case.
Be careful and shop around on the web - just as important as the high street.
My 21 y.o. son is a film fanatic and wants the James Dean box set.
It was £13.99 at HMV
http://www.hmv.co.uk/hmvweb/simpleSearch.do?pGroupID=-1&simpleSearchString=james+dean&primaryID=-1&btnSubmitSearch.x=16&btnSubmitSearch.y=11
but at £34.67 a whopping near £21 more for the same thing at Tesco DVD online r-r-rip off http://www.tesco.com/entertainment/product.aspx?R=642041&bci=6|DVD
EDIT: Yikes! I've just clicked on my own link to HMV and its now listed at £39.99
Maybe I've been rumbled. Well I bought it at a price that was legit on offer.
I'll be damned annoyed if they don't honour the sale as I could have got it at either of two other places for £17.89, and my son will miss out on his pressie. The bankers stole my pension (and everyone else's). It should have earned a lot of money, but they took their bonus pot first.0
